What I do

As the first employee of SQS Egypt, I took my position in January 2008 and now I am working as a Senior HR Operations Specialist. Since mid May 2011 I have also been responsible for the HR team in Egypt. My activities include visa and work permits for our colleagues abroad, SAP data management, support for the process of joining and leaving the company, monitoring of employees' leave days and overall coordination of HR tasks.

What I value

Every day at SQS means new experiences for me – both professionally and personally. It is highly gratifying for me to continue to develop further with SQS. Because HR is about people, motivating and supporting our employees as much as possible is an important area of emphasis for me and my colleagues.

What the future holds

I believe that the SQS Group will continue to develop its portfolio and align itself to companies’ changing needs. In view of the major growth experienced by SQS Egypt over the last two years, I believe that our branch will be able to further expand its customer base in Egypt, the Middle East and the Gulf Region. I am therefore looking forward to the new challenges that the next few years will bring!
