What I do
I began my career as an Account Manager at SQS in December 2008. My main duties include acquiring customers and identifying new business fields for SQS. Customer service is the main area of my responsibilities – in other words, I ensure that our customers’ requirements are met in full and exceeded whenever possible.
What I value
The thing that I most value about working for SQS is my colleagues’ professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. The fact that we are the largest independent provider of pure play software testing and quality management is clearly reflected in our employees’ attitudes. Their ‘can do’ mentality not only has a positive effect on the internal atmosphere in the company but is also noticed and valued by our customers.
What the future holds
I believe that SQS has excellent future prospects. The software testing market is becoming ever more important and the independence that we offer our customers is a decisive aspect in this regard. In my opinion, the SQS Group has excellent opportunities for further growth.
