Continuity & delivery control
SQS offers a standard, continuous method for both on-site and offshore testing. It is based on processes, procedures and software solutions common to all locations. Targeted control of the project is made possible through the SQS Offshore Dashboard, which provides clear visibility of process, progress and quality. Unlike most other testing companies, who use spreadsheets for reporting, SQS leverages its unique tool-based solutions both on and offshore to guarantee consistent, accessible and up-to-date reporting.

We offer a flexible process for shifting targeted on-site testing and quality management activities offshore.

Readiness check
As part of its initial engagement, SQS uses a diagnostic tool (our Offshore Application Readiness Tool) to qualitatively and quantitatively determine which client applications are suited for immediate offshoring to our offshore Test Centres. This ensures that only tasks, projects or applications that can be safely tested off-shore actually are. This approach reduces costs by up to 20 percent compared with conventional offshoring procedures.

Early error detection
SQS' methods can detect potential software errors early during software development — often before even a single line of code has been written. An additional 20 per cent can be saved using this method compared with conventional offshore testing, which only tests later in the development process.

Tools
All our Test Centres are fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools. We use them for all steps of the test process: planning and control, analysis and design, implementation and execution, evaluating exit criteria and reporting, and test closure activities. Among the tools we can use are: SQS-TEST® / Professional, TestStrategist, Offshore Dashboard, HP, Non-HP, Test Management, Open source.

Budget control through preliminary analysis
