The SQS training motto ”From Practice, For Practice” means that all our trainers come from the field of software testing or quality management and have been working as consultants for many years already. All SQS trainers are certified and accredited. In addition, they themselves continuously take part in further training measures and are sought-after speakers at global technical conferences. This expertise sets our trainers apart and is reflected in our courses.
- Asad van Gelderen
- Senior Test Manager and Trainer
Asad van Gelderen is working at SQS Nederland as a senior test manager. He is working now in a large outsourcings project to transfer the testing activities to near- and offshore test centres. He is also actively involved in creating SQS management strategy, ”ISTQB® working party for processes” and the competence group ”Product Risico Analyse” of Testnet, the Dutch network of test professionals. He is a certified trainer for ISTQB® foundation and advanced levels. He is very enthusiastic to train people and to share his experiences. Trainings from Asad are always very interactive.
- Jan van der Hoeven
- Senior Testmanager and Trainer
Jan is a senior test manager in software testing. He is working for SQS since 2001. Besides training people, national and international, he is also involved in course development. As he is also working as a test manager at customers, the link between theory and practical experiences is secured. He is very successful in combining the theoretical knowledge and the practical experiences. Jan is certified ISTQB® foundation and advanced trainer.
- Mischa Maliepaard
- Principal Consultant and Trainer
Mischa is a very experienced principal consultant who mostly is positioned as test manager in large and complex test projects. Within this role he is developing and maintaining a test approach which is perfectly fitting within customer environments and standard testing methodologies. From different levels he can act as a test manager from unstructured environments till managed testing services. Since a couple of years he is active as trainer for test management skills and TMap Next® trainings on different levels.
