The application process* is designed to allow you to show what you’re capable of, and for us to fully assess your potential.

For the majority of applicants, this is how the process works:

  1. Make your application
    You can apply by choosing an open position listed here.
  2. Pre-screening
    We’ll acknowledge your application via email and review your CV. If your details meet the criteria, we’ll arrange a telephone interview with you.
  3. In-person interview and assessment
    If successful at this point, you’ll receive an invitation to one of our assessment centres. Over the course of a day, you’ll participate in team-based activities with other applicants, have one-to-one interviews and complete a technical assessment.
    You will also be able to evaluate us by hearing from junior and senior employees about working at SQS.
  4. Offer and on-boarding process
    If you’re successful, we will make you a formal offer in writing and, depending on your role, you may be invited to our training boot camp.
    Once you have confirmed your acceptance, you will receive an on-boarding pack detailing your start with us.
