Our recruitment process will reflect the complexity, technical requirements and seniority of the role you have applied for. However, below is a broad outline of how to apply and what you can expect: 

  1. Make your application
    You can apply by either choosing an open position listed here.
  2. Pre-screening
    We’ll acknowledge your application by email and review your CV. If your skills and experience match what we’re looking for, we’ll arrange a telephone interview with you.
  3. In-person interview
    If you are successful at this point, you will be invited to an in-person interview at one of our office locations. This will be your opportunity to evaluate us and ask questions about life here at SQS. The number of interviews, and whether you’ll have a second interview, varies with position.
  4. Offer and on-boarding process
    If you are successful, we will check your references before making a formal offer in writing. Once you have confirmed your acceptance, you will receive an on-boarding pack detailing your start with us.
