As an SQS consultant, you will have allocated classroom training days aligned to your career aspirations, every year, while you are with us. Along with your manager and depending on your previous experience, you will follow a dedicated, specific training plan to Navigate you through your career at SQS.
Training is accessible through Navigate which is your learning portal at SQS. You will also benefit from classroom and virtual courses via our Academy, which is recognised as an industry-leading training provider in its own right. As an SQS employee, you have privileged access to the huge number of online and classroom courses and or workshops in line with your career needs.
You will have ample opportunity to develop and Navigate your career at SQS. To support you, we have a Global Career Model that maps out pathways throughout each area of the business.
Although we have clear pathways for promotion, your own career development can take a unique path. For example, you can switch from one area of the business to another, or, you can develop your position and take more challenging work while remaining in the same role. Your individual development plan is reviewed at least annually with your personal manager.
